Overview:
Nokia’s 2021 revival continued during the second quarter driven by its non-RAN network infrastructure business, which accounted for virtually all the vendor’s revenue growth during the first half of 2021. Meanwhile, Ericsson continues to fire on all cylinders in most markets, - despite expected setbacks in mainland China - and won its biggest ever contract from US operator Verizon.
This report provides a back-to-back review of Ericsson and Nokia’s recent second quarter 2021 results and provides a detailed insight into the business units and strategies of the two vendors.
